Tradition being also important, the first evening of the seminar, following your ‘national team’s presentations’, an event on
the format of an international tourism exhibition will be organized.
Each national team will have a table to showcase their country's culture, tourism, cuisine, and folklore. Participants are encouraged to be creative, using costumes, decorations, food, and activities to represent their country.
Use this unique opportunity to turn this event into a multi-cultural, colorful and vibrant evening.
Fun, fun and fun will be main goal of the evening. This goal should be leading to many interactions between all international students allowing every participant to learn about and enjoy the best of each country/region represented in the ACEEPT network.
Encourage the visitors to talk, share and have fun together! Please note that in order to achieve this goal, audio elements such as music played on each stands throughout the event will not be allowed.
The fair will take place in the evening of Monday 18th Nov. It will last approximately 2 hours. More information on logistical details and specific items you may need can be requested via our host team or jordan.blanc@hevs.ch.
We will arrange tables and electricity during the International Fair but the teams are responsible for bringing all necessary items, such as decorations, promotional materials, food, drinks, and any other valuable assets.
Be creative! Bring whatever you consider an asset of your region (e.g., local delicacies, brochures, decoration or any other items...). The point is showing to other participant the “uniqueness” of your home country, and turning the international fair into an international party!
