Accommodation is covered by the registration fee and provided to all participants. For everyone, the date for the check-in is Sunday, November 17th, 2024, while the date for the check-out is Saturday, November 24th, 2024.
Additional nights at the hostel in Crans-Montana -either before or after the Project Week- need to be arranged on an individual basis, contacting directly the host hotel or hostel and agreeing the corresponding terms. Although local organizers may provide some assistance in the interaction with the hotel, additional nights must be considered at private expense of every participant.

The hostel will not be for exclusive use of the ACEEPT group during the days of the Project week. Students will be assigned to the different rooms by the local organizing committee, mixing up across national groups so as to facilitate interactions among students from different countries/universities, in full compliance with the spirit of the ACEEPT network.
Male and female students will be kept separate. Bed linen will be provided by the hostel, but towels are not included. Be sure to bring your own!
Professors will be hosted in the Hôtel La Prairie in Crans-Montana.
Located near the magnificent mountain lake “La Moubra”, it offers splendid views of the Swiss Alps and a warm welcome to make your seminar unforgettable.

internal mobility
Transportation between Crans-Montana and Sierre will be done by funicular, from the ‘Crans-Montana Gare’ funicular station to the Sierre/Siders (Funi) funicular station.
The journey from the Alaïa Lodge to the ‘Crans-Montana Gare’ funicular station stop can easily be done on foot requesting a 20-minutes walk. Buses are also running between the two places.
Once at the Sierre funicular station, the trip our campus at ‘Bellevue’ will only request a three minutes walk.
