Accommodation is covered by the registration fee and provided to all participants. For everyone, the date for the check-in is Sunday, November 23th, 2025, while the date for the check-out is Saturday, November 29th, 2025.

Additional nights at the Kauppahotelli either before or after the Project Week- need to be arranged on an individual basis, contacting directly the host hotel and agreeing the corresponding terms. Although local organizers may provide some assistance in the interaction with the hotel, additional nights must be considered at private expense of every participant.

The hotel will not be for exclusive use of the ACEEPT group during the days of the Project week. Students will be assigned to the different rooms by the local organizing committee, mixing up across national groups so as to facilitate interactions among students from different countries/universities, in full compliance with the spirit of the ACEEPT network.

Male and female students will be kept separate. Bed linen and towels will be provided by the hotel

Participants have the opportunity to take advantage of the public transportation services in the Lahti-area completely free of charge from Monday to Friday during the project week. This means they can freely use LSL (Lahti Region Transport) buses, making it easy and convenient to get around the city. Additionally, as the activities take place near the hotel, we also recommend walking.

The host team is ready to assist and provide necessary guidance regarding bus lines and their use. With their help, participants will ensure they find the right routes and can make effective use of public transportation.

To ensure smooth travel, participants are encouraged to download the LSL app in advance to their phones. The app provides up-to-date information on bus schedules and routes, making trip planning effortless. This way, participants can focus on enjoying the project week and its opportunities without worrying about transportation arrangements.
