All national teams are invited to introduce themselves to the rest of
the participants by means of a short video clip. Nothing too formal, but something dynamic, fun and playful!
We ask you to present your team members (both students and teachers), your univerisity, and a bit of the city where it's located.
These videos will be uploaded before the project week starts, so everyone can get to know the whole ACEEPT family 2023
before you come to Belgium!
Formatting and timing:
We request a 5-minute video clip from each national team, to be sent to one our host team members: anja.lecointre@thomasmore.be
As for the technical details, please follow the instructions below:
Orientation:
Horizontal
Proportion: 16:9
Minimal Resolution: 1280x720 pixel (better if 1920x1080)
Format: MP4 or mov (Apple format)
Mention “ACEEPT 2023 VIDEO +your country” in the subject of your e-mail.
Please do so before November 10th, so we can upload all the videos in time for you to watch before the online kick-off of November 13- 7 pm where we expect all of you for some essential info and a fun meet & greet!
As soon as we receive all videos, they will be uploaded on the ACEEPT website starting from Monday, November 13th, 2023 and will remain available to all participants for free and public consultation through a link posted here, on this website (at the page "Videos & Foto Gallery").
PS: As the video-clips will be posted online and made freely available, we request you to fill out a privacy release form (sorry for bothering you, but it is unavoidable!). When recording your video, please avoid wearing garments with overexposed private brands.

You know what they say about first impression... You have only one opportunity to make a good one! How do you present yourself as a team? We are looking for dynamic, fun videos that tell us something about you as a team and your university. (so no official promotional videos of your university or region). Be as innovative and creative as you can.
