We hope this message finds you well. As November has arrived, it is time to speed up the ACEEPT train!

First things first: the upcoming double deadline of NOV 10th -2 pm

 As we did last year for the Rimini-edition, all participating students and teachers will meet online on November 13th. The idea is to meet & greet and to  share some essential information about the upcoming ACEEPT project week. We are looking forward to meeting you all and welcoming both familiar and many new faces too!

We invite everyone to attend, as you will receive essential info and you will meet your team!

During the call:

Everyone turns on their camera, especially in the break-out rooms with their mixed teams.

Display first and last names during the Zoom call.

! Everyone needs to use the e-mail address that was mentioned in the registration! If not, the break-out rooms won’t work.

Make sure to use headsets, to avoid background noise etc.

We will open the meeting 30 minutes early (at around 6:30 pm) to make sure everyone can access easily. Please try to connect at least 5-10’ before 7:00pm to make sure there are no connection issues, so that we can start (and finish) on time.
