Choose a destination in your own country, preferably a city or a town, which is an emerging or already popular gastronomy tourism destination. Describe the gastronomy tourism resources
(attractions, routes, heritage...) and products of that destination. In addition, describe the marketing strategy of the city/town as a gastronomy destination, and also analyze the destination's
image and gastronomic positioning. A 15-minute oral presentation (you may also use one 1-2 minute video in a PPS) will be made on the 15th of November.
