Under the driving idea of ‘Improving the tourist experience through authenticity’, choose a destination in your own country which you would define as ‘best practice’ in term of using authenticity of the region or some authentic regional produces to enhance their tourism industry. Present the destination, their business model, how they implement the authenticity in their tourism product, their marketing, distribution channels, etc…


Try to also bring some material they produce, such as a flyer or a brochure.


Goal : Benchmarking the different countries’ way of including local authenticity in favor of the tourist (client) experience

Format and timing :  a presentation of maximum 10-12 minutes per team

Requested material : a powerpoint or similar digital software presentation + a written and well structured document of max 4 pages
